Kirsty Reed

My experience with charters as a whole has not been great at all, and I would not rent with charters ever again. But Kirsty has been amazing, it was such a relief when she became my point of contact, as I was getting responses and very promptly, she actually cared about my circumstances and any issues I had, and went out of her way to meet my needs. The company are very lucky to have her. Thank you.
